Crisis Support

If you are struggling and need urgent support, please consider one of the following options:

Creating your own safety plan- Write it down on paper, or put it on your phone

- When you're feeling well, it can be helpful to create a personal safety plan. Consider including:

- Early warning signs that your mental health is deteriorating.

- Activities that usually help you feel calmer or safer.

- Friends, family members or professionals you can contact.

- Crisis numbers you can access quickly.

- Any medications or coping strategies that support you.

- Steps you can take to keep yourself safe until further help is available.

Remember You do not have to face a mental health crisis alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, and help is available. If you are concerned about your safety or someone else's, please seek urgent assistance immediately.

Mental-health4u is not an emergency or crisis service, and emails or contact form enquiries are not monitored 24 hours a day.
