Mental Health Assessment
A comprehensive holistic mental health assessment that considers the main presenting issues, triggers, and influencing factors that perpetuate you or your child’s difficulties. The assessment also Includes a thorough risk assessment and risk management plan, and recommendations for treatment. Following this assessment you will receive support with next steps., including a report of your assessment if required.
We utilise pre-assessment tools similar to those used in NHS services.
​A thorough assessment discussing indicators that may show the presence of ADHD or Autism. You will receive a detailed report outlining the findings. If you or your child show tendencies toward ADHD or Autism you will receive a letter for you to take to your GP or school to support you with asking for a formal diagnosis.

Please note that the formal diagnosis of ADHD and Autism can not be made by Mental-health4u practitioners.
